Strawberry and condensed milk lollies recipe
Preparation time: 10 minutes, plus freezing time
250ml cream, whipped
½ x 380g can condensed milk
1. Slice half the strawberries and leave half for the garnish.
2. Whip the cream until stiff.
3. Stir the condensed milk into the whipped cream. Stir in the strawberry slices. Transfer the mixture to a jug.
4. Pour into lolly moulds. Insert a wooden stick into the centre of each one. Freeze until firm. Dip into warm water to help loosen the lollies. Take them out of the moulds and serve with the reserved strawberries.
