I’m under no illusions about where I’ll end up.
I'm Carrie. A sober girl in her late thirties. Who I am is a wife and mammy. Who I was, is a lass who spent a lot of her twenties housebound, then in a wheelchair. What I did was decide to ignore those who said I'd never have a normal life again. And went on to learn how to walk again. Become a T.V. Presenter and Newspaper Columnist. Meet and marry the love of my life. And develop a method of stooping drinking that is used by women all over the world. I also run our charity, The Clarke Carlisle Foundation for Dual Diagnosis, with my husband.
